Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my order?

Framed Original Disc Artwork

As the original discs are sourced specifically for each order, please allow 9–11 days before dispatch. If the required discs arrive sooner, I’ll always aim to get your order sent out as quickly as possible.

Video Game Inspired Models

Models can take up to 6 weeks before dispatch. This allows time for the model to be printed, prepared, painted and carefully finished. As each model is made to order, some may be completed sooner.

Do you take custom requests?

Absolutely! If you have an idea for a particular game, character, disc or design, just drop me a message and we can discuss what you have in mind.

Can the disc be taken out and played?

Unfortunately, no. A strong adhesive is used to permanently secure the disc in place, meaning the original disc is sacrificed for the artwork.

Do you use original discs or replicas?

Only original video game discs are used. Replica discs are never used in Gamer Goose artwork.

What courier do you use?

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where applicable.

Can the artwork be hung on the wall?

Yes! All framed artwork comes with hooks on the back, ready to be hung on your wall.

Can I provide my own discs?

Absolutely. If you already own the original discs you would like featured in your artwork, you can send them to me to be mounted in the frame.

Can I buy the artwork without the discs?

Yes! If you would prefer to source and mount your own discs, I can send the frame with the artwork ready for you to add them yourself.
